As much as I encourage my clients to come to sessions as they are, I do my best to embody that as well. We are human first, in all of our complex beauty! I invite you to learn more about me.
What are your favourite wellness practices?
Each day can be different, often in line with my level of energy! Could be a hike, connecting with loved ones, or listening to an audiobook while crafting. Other times, its simply the permission to do less and rest.
What are you passionate about?
Learning and evolving!
What achievements are you most proud of?
I've been at the most Western and Southern points of Canada, swam in the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, as well as all the Great Lakes except Michigan and Huron (for now).
How do you relieve stress?
Gardening and getting my hands in the dirt. Weeds don't stand a chance!
What are the biggest things you've learned in life to date?
To seek harmony. Staying connected and listening to my heart and body to move through each day, one step at a time. The relationship we have with ourselves is often the longest one we'll have.
Favourite show/movie?
Big fan of the Marvel universe (especially Dr. Strange) and Avatar the Last Airbender.
